My mum's fridge freezer broke down right before New Year's Eve, and I was pretty worried, especially with the bank holiday coming up. I thought there was no way we’d find a replacement in time, let alone the next day. But then I called Hanson's and talked to Laura, who was super helpful and really understood my elderly mum's situation.
She checked out the item in their showroom, and they managed to deliver it the very next day, right on schedule, after giving us a courtesy call when they were close by. Adam, the delivery driver, was also incredibly helpful and friendly. Both of these folks are a real asset to the company.
It's refreshing to see a business that still values traditional customer service, and I can't thank them enough for their outstanding support.

I can't say enough good things about this company. We got our kitchen and all the appliances from here. Ryan truly designed our ideal kitchen, and I can't praise him enough. The service we got was top-notch, and they were always willing to help. The kitchen fitter was also fantastic, doing a flawless job. We had a few questions recently, and once again, Ryan's customer service blew me away. Their aftersales support is impressive too. It's common for companies to drop the ball after a sale, but that's not the case here. They go above and beyond, giving you total confidence to shop with them repeatedly. Highly recommend!

Whenever I can, I try to spend my cash at local shops instead of hitting up the big chains. I've bought several white goods from Hansons, and I've never had a problem. They always show up when they promise, give you a call before they arrive, and the delivery folks are super polite...

You really get your money's worth here. They delivered it with attention and even called me when they were half an hour out. Kudos to them!

The guys who delivered the tumbler were courteous and efficient, giving me a heads-up before they showed up, arriving right on time, and even went out of their way to position the drier conveniently for me until my husband could set it up. I'm really pleased with the service and it's great to support a local business. I’ll surely think about going with Hansens again for my white goods.
